Stang-up Meeting

Workshop 1: Foundation - Understanding your current model.

We begin by laying the groundwork. This phase is all about gaining clarity on where your team currently stands, in terms of structure, performance, and potential.

Key Objectives:

  • Team Audit:
    Conduct a detailed review of your team’s structure and results over the past 3 years. We’ll identify individual performance, skill gaps, training needs, and whether each member is in the right role.

  • Performance Analysis:
    Break down key sales metrics - Appraisals, Listings, and Sales. We calculate conversion rates, average deal size, and gross commission income to evaluate your productivity and growth trends.

  • Market Positioning:

Workshop 2: The Plan - Designing the path forward.
 

Now that we know where you are, we map out where you're going. This workshop focuses on vision setting, business planning, and building the right structure for scalable growth.

  • Role Allocation:
    Clearly define responsibilities across leadership, sales, admin, and operations. Establish accountability systems to ensure every team member owns their role and outcomes.

Workshop 3: Fine Tuning - Optimising team execution.
 

With the plan in motion, this workshop is all about refinement. We evaluate how the team is executing the strategy, fine-tune the processes, and ensure you're tracking toward your goals.

    Each team member presents an update on their areas of responsibility, sharing successes, challenges, and progress against KPIs.

  • Role Refinement:

Jonathan de Jong has designed this unique approach to team development as a result of 25 years of experience in the real estate industry.

Having started his career in sales in Australia, he quickly became a million-dollar agent, known for his client focus and outstanding results.

Jonathan transitioned into leadership roles, managing successful real estate offices and mentoring agents. His impact in one of New Zealand's largest real estate networks transformed individual agents into multi-million dollar agent teams.

This experience lead to the creation of the Million Dollar Business program, as a result of consistant requests for direction and guidance from within the real estate industry.
